Sometimes everybody of us have financial difficulties or just want to save some money And then we choose those products and services, that allow us to save money and to get certain level of quality as well. But we have to be ready in such cases that the quality would not be that high. Surely, there are exceptions, but they are very rare and concern only those companies and establishments we really trust and know. But in most cases, the quality reflects the price and there is nothing to regret. Cheap Trips – the company that operates CheapTrips.com is an example of this theory.

Cheap Trip complaints. There have been hundreds of complaints filed against Cheap Trips, like against many companies that scream and shout that they offer the lowest prices. These lowest prices should mean for us, the consumers, the only one thing: that if the prices are low than something else is as well. This is easy to understand because no for-profit company would operate without having good income. These companies are not charity organizations but are businesses. And whether they are fair or fraudulent, their customers can say. Many customers of Cheap Trips complain and their reviews are negative.

Cheap Trips problems. Most complaints written against Cheap Trips are about their shady activities with membership programs. People state, that the company keeps on charging the accounts of the customers even if they are not members any more. And there is impossible to call them and explain the problem. Besides, it is very difficult to get the refund for spoiled trips. Even if all the evidences were on your side, the managers of Cheap Trips would be able to prove that your experience was great and the company does not owe you any money. And the customer service of Cheap Trips call centers is much to be desired. It seems that they have special courses that are called: “How to say something rude to the customer you speak with.”
